Nice cruise on a somewhat tired ship by scottnmibrown

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Viking Star

An itinerary just going to Montenegro, Croatia, and Slovenia maybe along with Bari or one of the other Eastern Italian cities would be preferable. Maybe a day in Venice, but I know that is not really feasible

A total of 11 days at sea. An excellent veranda for relaxing and sunning. Relaxing trip.

So good, we already rebooked the cruise for 2025 by JDSams

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Viking Star

Don't let the 6 days at sea crossing the Atlantic deter you. Time basically stood still. The included wines at lunch and dinner were as good, or better, than anything you would buy for yourself. Befriend a few bar and wait staff, and you'll have more than you can handle (and be sure to tip them extra at the end)

Don't take too many clothes and go casual. The onboard free laundry provides everything. Also, the drinks that you pay for are very reasonable compared to other ships we've been on.
