Another Great Viking Cruse by wjkcacpa27

Sail Date: / Traveled As: Couple

We were very pleased with all aspects of the trip, the ship, the locations visited, the food and the cruise time on the rivers but most outstanding was the competent and very friendly care provided by the staff.

Smooth Sailing! by rosemarycoffey

Sail Date: / Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Everything went very smoothly. The crew were cheerful and responsive, and the guides clearly knew what they were talking about. Wine flowed freely at meals, and fellow travelers were congenial. About the only suggestion for improvement that I have is to ask cruisers to wear name tags at meals, in order to help us remember whom we've met and whom we have not!

6 Viking Idun Tips

Apr 02, 2015

the welcome team made one feel most welcome. Dining was cozy since we've a group of 6, just right for a table, but we've to hurry to get a table for ourselves before others got there first.

I would sail with them any day, week or year. Viking was awesome in EVERY respect .... having the guides on every excursion was wonderful. Viking made us feel as tho we were THEIR guests. From the Captain to the cabin crew they TAKE GREAT CARE of their passengers.

I'm a musician and always interested in gear. Demo went out of his way to demonstrate some music apps for iPad that were available and show off the capabilities of his electric piano. Great player, too.
