Review summary

1. It was good in general. Staff onboard ship were friendly, polite and eager to please, except 1 who served in the dining room was impatient when being reminded of services not delivered after a long time.

2. Also, a city tour in Luxembourg was missing without explanation, leaving us doing Nothing in the town. There was NO makeup tours.

3.Too many wine tasting optional tours on the trip. Should have more variety. Lectures were boring, especially after lunch.

Ship tip

the welcome team made one feel most welcome. Dining was cozy since we've a group of 6, just right for a table, but we've to hurry to get a table for ourselves before others got there first.

Dining room seating is first come first serve so it is hard if you are traveling with a group to get a table together unless you arrive before the dining room opens.  We have run into this problem.  Some day soon I hope to sail on Viking.
