The worst vacation of my life because the Virgin Voyages management bad decisions in continuing a journey that was going nowhere due to bad weather. I would never want to travel on this cruise line again.

The staff of VV were clueless on how to handle a change in itenary. Most activites were cancelled and all the ports were cancelled

This was a Cruise line I would definitely recommend to others. Worry free and different! I met others that only want to travel Virgin Voyages. I am glad I traveled other cruise lines but at the same time this one is special in it's own way. The crew members were great and relaxed and so was the experience!

Love the ease of embarkation/debarkation. Ship is super nice, no buffets is an awesome thing! No kids also awesome! Only negative I have is the lack of entertainment. Hardly any shows! Dual Reality was cool, everything else is geared towards the younger, “alternative lifestyle” crowd which I don’t like being shoved down my throat every turn! Enough with the drag queens already!! Not everyone enjoys that! Cater to EVERYONE! There are still straight people too!!

Second time on Virgin Voyages and this is our top cruise line now!

Overall this was a fabulous cruising experience and we would definitely go on Virgin Voyages again!

Overall the cruise was wonderful. The dinner reservation process could use some attention however. Discrepancies exist in the availability of the dining choices.

I was so impressed with Virgin. I did have relatively high expectations and wow did they deliver! The food and entertainment was the absolute peak and the Diva is probably my favorite personality I've ever encountered SO FUNNY.

The overall was good. It was a struggle to stay in the cabin with the AC not working properly, it was the same in both cabins they gave us. This really put a damper on our vacation. The beach club was the best ever!

Would not do it again. Food options were too fancy and tasteless. VEGAN CHEESE in the Italian restaurant??? Design of ship was lacking. All Flash and No Class.

First cruise! Was very enjoyable and met lots of nice people.

We loved our cruise on Virgin Voyages - so much so that we're planning our next one for 2025! This "adults only" cruise concept is great - not that there's anything wrong with having kids on a cruise - heck my wife and I have cruised with our kids many times and had a wonderful vacation. It's just that it's a different vibe, and the fact that Virgin Voyages recognizes that sometimes folks just need something different, and just to be around other adults. It changes the experience immensely.

My first Virgin cruise and I am now sold. I have sailed on Celebrity, Princess, Carnival, Norwegian, and Royal Caribbean. To say the service received on the Virgin cruise surpassed them all understates how great the service really was. I am not easily impressed but I was impressed by the friendliness, the attention to detail, and the sense of urgency each and every crew member demonstrated. The food was great (better than any other cruise) and the ship was new and beautiful with enough electrical outlets in the cabin without worrying about a power strip, but the service is what totally blew me away!

Brief overview-it was a disaster, Valiant Lady is not so valiant!

Train the staff to strategize cleaning the tables. Germs are spread if you wipe the table then The seat (where people sit and even put their feet on) then wipe the table again or another table with the same cloth. Maybe use biodegradable disposable cloths so that the table can be wiped then the seat and the cloth tossed after with a new one used for a different table. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, which is pretty strange. Doesn’t need to be a bar soap as that is not sanitary but maybe a soap dispenser? Servers/waiters should also tend to those sailors hanging on deck 16 at the Athletic club/pool area.

If you are looking for an adults only (no children) and a cruise that caters to a diverse age range and activities, this would be a great option.

This would have been a perfect week had we made the embark in Miami. The VV team on the ground was not helpful. We missed the ship and spent extra time and monies to fly into Puerta Plata to finally embark.

What we experienced in this cruise made us make it up in our mind that we will not be taking any more cruises.

The app is terrible. The only time it works correctly is each day when they tell you 6 times when your eating, to close your sliding door, etc... Other than that even the staff complained it doesnt work well. Problem is you have to use it book anything. Of course by the time you permitted to start booking tours and dining, the Rockstars have taken all the times. Everything about the ship we liked, but can not get over the LGBTQ XYZ over abundance. It was like being in San Francisco on Castro street for the parade. Something we do not care for, agree with, but tolerate. This was too much. Adults only doesn't mean you get to act like horny teenagers and everything goes.

Overall, I was leery of an adults only cruise and thought that it would be filled with explicit overtones. Not true! I enjoyed the vibe. I enjoy cruising for relaxation more than the destinations. This cruise was very relaxing during the day and entertaining at night. The destinations and private beach were great. Wi-fi included was a great move. The inclusion of all food/restaurants in fare was perfect. I had steak on three nights!! I think this will be my new favorite cruise line!
