Second time on Virgin Voyages and this is our top cruise line now!
Embarkation

We were given a specific time for embarkation, which was later than we had hoped for. There is no where to sit/wait while waiting for your time slot. Because we arrived in Miami early that day, we were forced to wait on the ground cement until our time slot. Fortunately they were running ahead of schedule and we boarded about 1.5 hours ahead of our scheduled time slot. The actual process was a breeze!

No main dining rooms, so definitely book your meals ahead of time on the app! The food and drinks are all amazing! You can't go wrong with any restaurant on board!
Onboard Activities

fitness centers and classes are great (but classes need to be scheduled ahead of time - you can schedule them once at the port and on their wifi). other activities include a game area where they have tons of board games, they also offer many classes that give you insight to behind the scene preparations. Alway something to do if you want.
Entertainment

Interesting array of shows. Loved many of them and they were just unique compared to other cruise lines entertainment.
Service and Staff

The staff seems genuine and truly happy! This makes such a different in their service and interactions with us. The technology allows for better/quicker service as well in some areas.
Ship Quality

Ship design is simple, but worked for us! Would love to see future Virgin ships have a different layout/design. Areas were all clean!
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a mid-ship balcony (1822Z). This room was slightly smaller than other cruise lines, but had much storage for personal items and was decorated perfectly. As always, the hammock is amazing. Our view overlooked the emergency boats and some maintenance equipment, but overall it was perfect.
