This was our very 1st cruise, glad we traveled with friends who cruising a lot! Very impressed with ship size and entertainment offered! Food was very good, staff was amazing! Definatelly will be booking again! Currently looking for holiday cruise with family and friends

We had a great time! The ship was fantastic in cleanliness, entertainment, variety of foods, and staffing. We would definitely consider cruising again!

We had the absolute best cruise! Jamie, our agent answered every single question we had, and made sure we had everything we needed for the most memorable trip & cruise. We had several different groups to link together and she was so helpful & responded promptly to all members of our cruise group.

Overall, I had a great time. The ship was amazing and the activities were plentiful.

Symphony of the Seas is a wonderful ship with a great Captai and most of the crew. There remain significant opportunities for improvement!

Had an amazing time with family and friends, however COVID is running wild on this cruise ship. And now that I've read other reviews it confirms it!

Royal Caribbean nickel and dimes everything on a cruise. You pay $19 for a drink that has a half a shot in it. The onboard jet is not free, it’s $14 per person and the Internet is completely spotty. Make sure you schedule dinners and shows the minute you walk on while it’s absolutely crazy because otherwise you won’t get in. Join the Facebook groups because RC does no job in warning you or helping you figure things out. Employees and food were the best part. Wish they made people test because I had Covid my first day back. Beds are horrendous.

Worse cruise I’ve ever been on. I know this is not the typical. I will cruise again.

It's good cruise more time in the island is going to visit. The excursion it's good but when you finish we need to go fast to the cruise

I loved my cruise but with the hassle of trying to cruise and 3 cancellations prior don’t know if I’ll do it again. Overall the ship was beautiful, all crew were hard workers and so kind. But with all the phone calls and stress I went through to plan this, I don’t think I can do it again. Originally was suppose to go to 5/6 ports and that just did not work out.

I was a little anxious about being on such a large ship (6000+ passengers), but it turned out to be the best cruise we have ever been on. It did not feel any more crowded than on smaller cruise ships. The ship is gorgeous, new, clean, with many amenities and attractions. Well-staffed, good service.

Overall, I would recommend this cruise and would likely take another one, but to different destinations.

Beautiful ship and fun experience especially for families and kids. But pack your patience and be prepared to wait in line for nearly everything. If you’re looking for more of a relaxed and laid back environment, I would perhaps go with a smaller ship.

We will be cruising on this class of ship with Royal Caribbean again!
