Royal Caribbean nickel and dimes everything on a cruise. You pay $19 for a drink that has a half a shot in it. The onboard jet is not free, it’s $14 per person and the Internet is completely spotty. Make sure you schedule dinners and shows the minute you walk on while it’s absolutely crazy because otherwise you won’t get in. Join the Facebook groups because RC does no job in warning you or helping you figure things out. Employees and food were the best part. Wish they made people test because I had Covid my first day back. Beds are horrendous.

Stressful. Nothing worked. The onboard chat was not free. The Internet was Spotty.. you had to wait in line for things you should’ve just been able to schedule online.

Food and Dining

I’m sure it was the buffet that gave me Covid the day I came home. However, restaurants were great. Just not a lot of options after 9 PM.
Onboard Activities

We never got to swim. Not one time. It’s unbelievable how they basically have 2 1/2 residential size pools on a cruise ship for 6000 people. It was ridiculous. Didn’t really do anything else because of how overwhelmingly crowded it was. Felt nickel and dimed about everything on royal Caribbean.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
This was the best part about the entire cruise. The shows were amazing at best and crazy good at worst.
Children's Programs

I would never take a teenager on a cruise again, this was my first one, without a friend. This is the one place employees lacked. Of course my 15-year-old wouldn’t want to go into a place where 4- 12 year old boys showed up and the employees just sitting in the corner letting them work it out.
Service and Staff

The only redeeming quality about royal Caribbean is its employees. The cruisers definitely pay their salary and gratuities alone so Royal Caribbean doesn’t have to do it, but the employees were the best anywhere I could’ve imagined.
Ship Quality

It was really confusing, took us days to figure it out and by the time we knew something was available, it was either too late or it was full. Cleanliness was amazing, considering how disgusting the cruisers were.
Cabin / Stateroom

The balcony was a great size. Of course I knew the rooms would be small, but the tiny trashcan and other things made it uncomfortable. The worst thing about this room was the horrendous beds. The actual bed wasn’t bad, but expecting a grown person who’s not 18 to sleep on that couch or trundle is ridiculous. Before I got Covid on my first day home, which I had avoided for years, I scheduled a chiropractor for the first time in my life that I can’t go to, until I am well now, because my back is absolutely killing me, and I’m only 42. I had to ask for five feather pillows to lay on those, and it still was horrible.
Ship tip

This was the worst day of the cruise. Employees were definitely not of the ship caliber, I knew next to nothing and I getting incorrect information, we literally wasted the first hour walking around to the supposed one towel return when really there were several across the island. unbelievably crowded because of royal Caribbean’s greed and I would seriously recommend waiting until the last minute to schedule throw part passes because if I had beige the first prize, I did before canceling and getting them at a cheaper price, I would be livid at the fact that I had to pay $75 apiece and only got a ride 2 rides. We stood in line for 50 minutes for one ride, because there were no signs throughout the tower and people kept cutting in line and no one knew where to stand or what to do. It was a crap show and although the rides were amazing, the two we got to ride for the price was not.
Thank God, it was fast, and although a little confusing because they weren’t enough employees directing people and again, adults, cutting in line, I was never more happy to leave a place. I will never cruise again.
