Review summary

Overall experience was great. There are a few things I would like to see improved. First of all - internet should be provided for every paying passenger (at least two devices per room) & not one device per room. This way a couple can stay in touch with each other on the ship via their cell phones (text message or WhatsApp). Also, the Cruise company should be transparent about Medical Services provided. We needed some over the counter medication that you can easily buy from a Pharmacy, and we could not get that without having to pay a lot of money including $ 149 consultation.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The Specialty Restaurants Prime7, Pacific Rim & Chartreuse were Par Excellence and so were the other Restaurants Compass Rose, Sette Mari, La Veranda and Pool Grill. The Service exemplary.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Watching all of the shows that were put together including Musicals, Magic & Comedy Shows. Talks given by Bob Ray and Brian Unger were excellent and very informative.

Entertainment

Par excellence

Children's Programs

There were no children's programs on the ship

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The Waiters knew our names within 2-3 days and greeted us by our names when we entered the restaurants or when they saw us anywhere on the ship.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very well-designed ship. Common areas were very clean and neat. And the crew were working round the clock to keep the ship neat and clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very spacious and clean cabin, bathroom, and veranda. The room was cleaned twice a day by our two attendants.

Ship tip

Dont be afraid of asking anything that will make your experience better. Most likely you will not hear no. They will go out of their way to fulfil your request.

This was our disembarkation port. Was great. As soon as we got off the ship our bags were waiting for us. It was very easy to either get a taxi or Uber as soon as we got out of the terminal.

Disembarkation

Very smooth and efficient

The medical issue sucks. For what one pays for this cruise line, ore should be included. And better internet or at least walkies.
