Wonderful cruise. Great time of year to go. Weather was perfect. Serenade a great ship.

our cruise was the ending to a 9 week vacation trough Europe, we were recommended this cruise as it called on so many ports 1 sea day in 13 nights gives you an idea, although busy i would not change a thing, the serenade was a great ship to do this on

It was a wonderful calm cruise. Is was the best cruise we have been on. Most of the ports were amazing. I the ship was nice and comfortable. I definitely recommend the Serenade.

The cruise was mixed. Ports, food and staff were great. However terrible entertainment. Also Royal Caribbean seem to not appreciate their Crown and Anchor members enough! Uninviting Diamond Lounge, many restricted benefits, especially for under 18’s. We were Diamond members. Overall interesting and fun cruise, however some aspects need changing

11 day Baltic cruise was great. Enjoyed all the ports of call. Just be ready to be tired after leaving Russia.

First time we cruised with Royal Caribbean. Overall, no real complaints, but feel Princess has the edge. Crew members were generally friendly. Ports and sights were fantastic.

Room 4008 was very well wheelchair adapted used the drop down 3rd person bed-safe and comfy Lino was a fabulous room Steward MDR had good selection and even better service Windjammer and Park Cafe were good alternatives if we slept in on sea days or needed a snack Izzumi was the best sushi ever per our nephew(16) Loved trivia and games with June or Elle Had great harmony with Jayne at Schooner piano bar. She’s super talented and takes many requests Embarking was very smooth 10 min. Disembark was a bit longer for taxi. 20 min We got Voom but not Key. Internet was partially limited in the Fyords and at see but worth the value. 5-straight days of no sunset. When the sun did set it was only to twilight. Room had blackout curtains so sleep was no problem. Saw the magic show -unique and entertaining Bought the print ALL version of the photo package. Great value for my scrapbook quantity Has so much fun we are booking another cruise for October

Very enjoyable trip, but port visits a bit rushed.

An amazing experience with unbelievable sights around every corner.

We had an incredible crossing. Water was like lake water, smooth as glass and beautiful sunny weather!!

We are an older couple, so this review is based on our likes. Don't let our review be what you expect. We are all individuals and different, that's how God created us.

OK ship but geared towards older retired folks. If you have mobility issues this cruise might not be for you because of excursions

The first 7 days,at sea were very relaxing. Hitting France, Belgium and The Netherlands on three consecutive days was a little hectic and wore my wife out.

This was our first trip to Northern Europe, and we loved it. The Serenade is a very nice ship...although we missed the Promenade Deck that we enjoy so much on the Navigator/Explorer class. Crew and staff were absolutely wonderful. This ship has a great “personality”...reflected in the smiles on all the faces. Gotta start with the Captain...and it carries throughout the ship from there. We have 30+ cruises under our belts, including 6 Atlantic / Pacific crossings, and know what to expect. We are big fans of RCCL, as they always deliver a great cruising experience.

It was a bit colder than we expected and therefore should have packed more for colder weather. If you have health issues, a 16 day transatlantic cruise may not be the best option for you. Remember there is the 10 hour non stop flight back!

We had a wonderful time ( 4 of us over 50 traveling together) !!! Enjoyed the food, the drinks, the entertainment and the relaxation.

Very long transatlantic cruise with many ports.. I loved the itinerary and the ship. Our crossing was smooth. Fellow passengers were friendly and many had traveled numerous times Most were Diamond or Diamond +

We had a great cruise, staff were great, got to see some ports we had not seen before, lots to do on the ship, even the captain was very visible on the ship.

We Loved it we would do this again. The amount of Dayan was perfect. We would do longer too.
