Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food in Windjammer was mostly warm. I like hot food, and The only thing that I found hot was the soups, and omelets. I got spare ribs in main dining room one evening and couldn't even cut them off the bone. I enjoyed most other meals though. I am not a drinker so I wouldn't how drinks were.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Most of the entertainment was mediocure at best. Mostly a lot of loud singers and one night cruise director was show stopper and after about 10-15 minutes a lot of people started walking out. Some of the guest at carioke were a lot better. Island Vibes group played mostly island music, but singer made up words. Other groups were very good

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
This is an older ship, but it is well maintained. I don't like mega ships, and this is the size I like.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was same as any other ship we have been on. We don't live in cabin. Cabin steward was very good.

Ship tip

Remember you are on vacation and this is an older ship. Just enjoy the ride'

Very impressed with tour and guide. Had poor impression of French people before, but after seeing them and talking, they are not at all what I thought. I came back with a greater respect for them.

Saw workings of working old style windmill. People actually lived inside them. Loved the history.

Copenhagen, Denmark

Stayed an additional 2 days, and had an amazing time. Learned about their culture and plans. Never met a person who wasn't smiling, and when they saw we were confused they would step in and give directions without hesitation. Alot of bikes, and never saw ant trash on streets.

Disembarkation

Walked off ship at appointed time and out to taxis in about 15 minutes.
