CLEAN - GREAT SERVICE -FUN -LOTS TO DO

Clean, friendly helpful staff, food was abundant and amazing. A great many fun things to see and do.

5 ports we never have been to, lots of time at each port. Easy off and on ship. Great food and good variety.

Ship was clean and there were plenty of activities.

Please provide lectures on things to shop for besides jewelry, history of country in person and/or tv entertainment was sub-par except for the 4 singers

Ship was in good condition.

The ship is kept very clean but looks a bit old. The activities could be a little more diverse. The food was great but the Windjammer was not open as often as other buffets on other ships. There was a late night charge for room service which I have never had before. All in all the food was very good and the service was friendly and professional.

The solarium sea water pool is one of the best.... We spent lots of time there.. it is indoor and air conditioned area with lots of beach chairs.. We visited St. Thomas, St. kitts, Aruba, and Curacao... Curacao was the one of the best port of calls... St. Kitts was little disappointed.

This was our 8th cruise on various cruiselines. We thought the food was excellent; a nice variety; the crew members were incredibly friendly and very service oriented. The ship was beautiful. Although the cruise director was entertaining and very good, I would rate the overall performers average or less.

The ship was great, but the rooms are a little outdated. Sheets were stained. Pool towels too.

The food was terrible. The only good thing about the food was that they served extremely great indian food for every lunch and dinner (not what I had in mind for this cruise but obviously the cook had to be Indian). Otherwise the food was terrible. Oh yeah, they charge $4.95 for a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, something that I've always received for free on all the cruises I've been on.

You should not announce that you are arriving at the dock at 6AM . Customers assume that at the most they will be off the ship in 1-2 hours which is false .They should be informed that it matters not when the ship arrives . It matters when customs is assembled to handle the passengers which was not until 7:45 . You should announce that you are arriving at least an hour later to prevent bad relations when you hold passengers until 7:45 to offload .

Most crew members were friendly and make us feel special. Some people were rude. Over all I can say our experience was unforgetabble and would love to repeat it.

accommodation is great, staff is wonderful, drinks are too expensive and the marketing ploys are endless

Overall this was an excellent cruise. I would strongly recommend paying the money for a balcony, it's well worth it. The ship was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food in the Windjamer Cafe was always quite good with a very large selection, if you didn't want to eat in the main dining room. It's also nice to take advantage of room service.

The ship was beautiful and spacious/clean. This ship was smaller than a previous ship I had been on (the Adventure). I was not overall impressed with the amount of shops on board, the Adventure was more my style with a promenade of shops and a large coffee shop as well.

The ship was really nice, clean, different activities for all ages. It was always nice to hear the daily news of what's going on, not only on the ship but also on the Island. It was clean and our state room was cleaned well, and towels left twice daily. The people were excellent and I can't say enough nice things about out stateroom attendant, waiters, and just all the staff that you would walk by and always pleasant with a hello "how are you"?
