Review summary
You should not announce that you are arriving at the dock at 6AM . Customers assume that at the most they will be off the ship in 1-2 hours which is false .They should be informed that it matters not when the ship arrives . It matters when customs is assembled to handle the passengers which was not until 7:45 . You should announce that you are arriving at least an hour later to prevent bad relations when you hold passengers until 7:45 to offload .Ship experiences
