Such a great way to be introduced to the Baltic area! St. Petersburg was incredible. We went with a private small tour with us the six of us in our party, well worth it! The onboard staff was very attentive. Meals were great!

Peter provided excellent service for our cabin, and Joseph D'Souza, and Mohamad Haerudi were excellent in the main dining room. We enjoyed Giavanni's and the service (food was excellent), however Chops was not as good--the food was excellent but the service was average. The Casino staff (Marcela, Adriana, Victor etc--I know I am leaving many of them out but those not mentioned were the best as well) was the BEST--excellent with our group, and fun to be around. The Bartenders in the Schooner Bar and the Casino were excellent. We enjoyed the entertainment, especially the magician and the Beatles Maniacs. Jamie and his staff (Tammy for instance) were fun/excellent. How do they keep the energy going all day long? We had a great trip. Serenade of the Seas is a lovely ship! The crew members were all very helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing. Entertainment on board was some of the best I’ve ever seen on a cruise (I’ve done abou 9). The ports of call were excellent. We had one rough sea day and the captain and his crew did everything possible to make that an easy experience. Excellent experience all the way around!

Lots of walking in each port. Some beautiful history in Le Harve and Cork. We used local taxis, rented for the day, for most ports that were less expensive and all our drivers were English speaking and took us to see things not available through the ship shore excursions. Saw more of each port without the huge price of the ship excursions. Felt very safe with each driver at every port. One in our party has to use a scooter for transport and the shore excursions group could not accommodate.

Even with a major screw up, the trip was for my wife's birthday and I had already set up everything prior to boarding (Birthday package to be delieverd on the 4/15 at noon), once we arrived 4/9 and went to the customer service desk I communicated with them again to comfirm my package and date, they assured me everything was fine, it wasn't more then a few hours that had past and my wife and I went back to our room to find the Cake sitting on the desk in the room, mind you no decorations just the cake so no surprise anymore, I could have saved it if the decorations were up but can't play it off but they were able to work with me fix the problem and even put in some extras, so as I stated earlier stay Cool, Calm and Collected and things will work out, the trip overall was great.

I enjoyed the size of the ship and the overall activities. I don't like to just sit so I wished there were more sea day options.

The food wasn't up to my expectations from past cruises. Seemed to be pretty much the same variety each day (both main dining room and buffet). Specialty dining was outstanding, recommend getting at least the 3-dinner package...it's well worth the cost. Service was also outstanding.

This ship went to Mexico not eastern carribean. Cozumel was great as we go to Paradise Beach Club. Costa Maya there was not to much to do or see but the port itself was great.

I don't think I would go on a cruise with Royal Caribbean again as I felt there were several cons over the good things. It was a fair cruise, but nothing really stood out.

Not a lot going on , very relaxing , good time to get caught up in sleeping , eating , laying out in sun , or relaxing in the solarium , enjoyed my down time , everyone was friendly , I love royal Caribbean!!!

Very enjoyable. great food. I don't understand why WiFi is soooo expensive. I would have paid $3 or $4 a day to check email or at least have option to purchase only one or two days. Drink packages a little pricey as well.
