trip was great except for a few issues with our original cabin. Once we were moved to another deck cruise was fine. Guest services were superb as was the casino host when there was an issue with my points being deleted but it was quickly addressed.

Review summary

This ship went to Mexico not eastern carribean. Cozumel was great as we go to Paradise Beach Club. Costa Maya there was not to much to do or see but the port itself was great.

pools were great, except hot tubs young kids were always in them. I thought there was an age limit on who could use the hot tubs. and parents were not in hot tubs with the youngsters(under 6)

bathroom outside tropical theater was not very clean, toilet paper all over the floor.

our cabin was originally 2028 but was switched to 3500. 2028 was not a large oceanview stateroom as it had a small porthole window and it was right next to the medical facility. It was not the cabin I had requested. I really feel the agent who handled this booking really needs to take a look at deck plans. I had requested not to be on the bottom level but trusted the agent as I had no issues on my prior booking with .

Ship tip

Just be aware of exactly where your cabin is on the ship and its where you want to be. Otherwise this ship was very nice.

great probably the best to date. Initially I thought by the captain calling all the luggage tags by 8:00 that it would be crowded but we got off the ship at 8:30 and the luggage area was fairly empty. We got thru customs rather quickly and Bernie our porter helped us with the luggage to our car. Great service and prompt.
