The photo people were not there, took too long on the counter taking information, the person did not know what to do so another one started lesson there. So boring and more boring. Not exciting at all. And also our luggage got severely damaged inside and out so instead of getting our luggage in normal condition we got it all broken. We reported that and they did not want to give us a copy of the report. Two days we were harrassed by phone calls and people coming in so we could not relax at all.

Only the waiters and assistant waiter were great.
The menus were so same every day with that onion french soup and some low cost staff that we could not believe. All good staff were in those 4 restaurants that you have to pay extra. Also they want to sell you restaurants for extra money for all 10 days, so we and other guests did not understand why we had to pay again food if we already paid. But obviously better food you have to pay. Lack of strawberries, guacamole, ice-cream, ice machine broken. Coffee is awful, so of course I had to pay for that extra and the service there was so bad that we had to complain to hotel director but nothing was done and it was promised. Coffee person a lady was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Pool cocktails were not cocktails. They do not put right ingredients in the cocktails. Bar manager were suppose to fix that, but nothing changed. So how can we continue ordering if they don't make them properly? Also the bar package? What is that about? First you can not buy for only 1 day per person? They force you to buy for 2 people 10 days package each! As if! And after they offer 1 day bar card? That is not fair at all! It was a pure rip off, a classic one. We are previous cruisers and we usually go back to back cruising, and we never seen something like this before in our lives.

The exercises, I mean for real. The trainer can not do abs or show abs and forcing us to do extremely high level of exercises with no smile, no energy and no life!

Cheap, offensive and low quality. We know it and they know it. Picking on people and racism and discrimination on the high level. Not happy at all. I don't know what kind of show man/woman ppl are these, but they are there.

Well, our toilet was not working properly at all, so imagine situation that you have to use a restroom in the middle of the night with stomach problems because of the "lobster soup" and you feel sick and your toilet is full with who knows what and you can not use it!!!!!!!! Very upsetting and devastating.
The wanter was not hot at all.
When I asked one time for a body lotion, extremely rudely i was told that only up cabins can have them.
1 body lotion for God's sakes!
Ship tip
Do not sail on Serenade of the Seas and no Royal Caribbean RCCL! Cruise with Princess, Carnival, NCL,....
Why other ships have good docking places and near the restaurants and our ship NOT? Cargo areas? Is that cheaper, so we all have to spend $50 minimum just on taxis????? So unfair and rude! We feel so sad how this company treats us, the guests, so as a result we will treat this company the same, and just change it and put them in our cargo back areas and never cruise with them again.
Really? 1 bar and that's it! Really? Change this port!
Do we have to do all excursions and pay extra? Is that why you choose these ruined ports? Is it?

And why we have to pay your workers? I don't get it. Thinking to make a claim for that. Seriously.
Two different profiles? We don't want you in the RC family anyway. You should read and research everything before opening your mouth or putting pen to paper.
In my experience, when cruisers, in general, post this kind of negative feedback, it's usually the cruisers that have the issue and not the cruise line itself.
I went on ship last year with 7 others and had a great time. So good that 9 of us are going next month. Far as kid stuff it's probably not the best, but I think there was only 8 kids on the ship when I went. Only thing I could agree with is the ice cream machine broke and after 11pm they lock it up.
We loved this ship so much I actually have family that works on this boat so please be respectful to all the people who work on this boat they work so hard everyday and night
