I don't think I would go on a cruise with Royal Caribbean again as I felt there were several cons over the good things. It was a fair cruise, but nothing really stood out.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
It went very fast getting checked in.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The buffet food was okay, but nothing spectacular. We did eat at the steak house and it was great. The dining room food was good at times, but not enough variety.
Chop's Grille
5 out of 5
It was outstanding, the key lime pie was great.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The hot tub was just the right temperature, but was crowded at times.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
The comedian was the worst, not funny at all. The shows were okay, but I have seen better.
Children's Programs

Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Our servers at dinner were excellent, but the room steward just seemed to do what was required and didn't really go out of his way.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
This ship felt old and dated. The people on the ship didn't seem to know anything about other areas, the pat answer was go to guest services. The game room was really small and it was usually full of people playing cards or games. I really think it is time for a refurbishment of this ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
Room was small compared to other interior rooms on other ships. The couch was dirty and stained. The telephone and remote control were filthy. There was mold growing on the shower doors and the bathroom barely had room to turn around in.
We had been to St Thomas before, so we just stayed in town and did some shopping. We found an excellent taxi driver that took us to KMart and actually waited for us.
We went to Captain Morgan rum factory with some friends and found a taxi driver that took us there and went on the tour with us. We did some shopping on the beach.
This is a beautiful island and I would go back to it again. We had a waling tour booked but when we got there, the tour operator told us there weren't enough people and upgraded us to a taxi island tour at the same price. The tour guide was excellent and really enjoyed going to the batik factory.
This was also a good place to visit, but once again we found a taxi driver that took us around the whole island for a cheaper price. He was great and showed us the devastation this island had from the hurricane. It was heartbreaking to see French St Martin has still not recovered. The Dutch side seemed much better and enjoyed the port shopping. We didn't do any shopping in the main town.
