Everyone working on the ship was so helpful and always there when you needed someone. We loved our cabin steward! He was absolutely the best! There was always something to do! I have two boys ages 17 and 19 and I was worried they wouldn't have enough to do. They were always getting involved in some tournament for basketball, volleyball or soccer. The movies under the stars on the pool deck were a big hit too! I am definitely going on another Royal Carribbean cruise!!

This was our first cruise, ship was immaculate and the staff was so attentive, professional and nice. Our cabin was small but it had enough room for just me and my husband. Research the cabins if you want a bigger space. There were non-stop activities throughout the day and Bermuda is a beautiful island and everyone we met on the island, from excursion staff, shop attendants and bus drivers were very kind.

The cruise was relaxing, enjoyable and just about the right amount of days for me to see everything i wanted.

Wait staff and room stewards are great on this ship. However, guest services and overall management is so uncaring about people. Absolutly worst cruise ever!!

This was a very busy and active cruise -- lots of ports. Excursion guides were great.

Service and waiters was great. Food was great. Only downside was inadequate seating in key areas of ship.

We had a great time, the staff all around was great and always ready to help in anyway, wish it didn't end!! Well be back soon!!

Everything about Royal Caribbean was awesome except the chaos when you arrive back in Boston to disembark...we were slated to leave at 8:45 am and stood in line until 9:55 before we could begin the process of going thru customs on board the ship and finally leaving. Absolute nightmare!

Disembarkement was another total mess. Port authorities kept our ship waiting over 2 1/2 hours before clearing. We were the only ship at port. If it wasn't for our concierge getting us off the ship it would have been at least 3 hours

We stood in line for over two hours twice... Once for immigration in Bar Harbor and the other to get off the ship. I almost missed my flight. I would NEVER again do an RC cruise out of Boston and it’s quite likely that I will never do another RC CRUISE even though I currently have another booked for next year

The Windjammer cafe seating area was small and always very crowded. There were announcements every 5 min. for people to eat and move out. It was hard to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or lunch without someone waiting and staring at you so they could grab your table to eat. Somewhat annoying. Room and staff very good. The comedians they brought in for evening shows not very good.

Great cabin. Helpful staff. Food not so good. Relaxing.

The ship and the staff are Excellent! Love them all. The ports are good, lots to do. Embarkation and debarkation are terrible. Priority embarkation was a joke. Self assist debarkation was horrendous. They need more staff to get everyone organized and get a flow going.

ship it was fine but lacked of what new cruise have to offer, we took RC because we had loved our previous cruise with them 10 years ago, but times has changed and they forcing you to pay extra for everything $15 a day to connect one device. they force you to go to the pay restaurants by making the food so bad at the dinner room. the only place with worse food was the windjammer buffet where the food was either cold or dried out. they force you to go to their approved gift shops on excursions where prices are at least 3X higher then regular gift shops

Copenhagen wonderful city to visit as well as Stavanger, Ålesund, Geiranger, and Kristiansand. All offered many interesting opportunities to walk on our own. Bergen was too large and crowded.

The Royal Caribbean staff seemed to lack enthusiasm so service was just so-so. The itinerary was excellent, though I would have preferred one overnight in St. Petersburg ... even if it meant skipping Estonia. The ship was very nice and well laid out. Phone support from Royal Caribbean prior to the cruise was very unpleasant. Their marketing tactics to sell beverage packages was misleading at best and lacked integrity in my opinion.

The ship was great, handled the seas well and not too big. Be prepared for lots of churches and castles. Give enough time for flight connections in and out of Stockholm, flights out seem to be frequently delayed or cancelled(multiple airlines)

Drinks on board and excursions in ports were more expensive than other ships. This seemed to be more of a party ship than I expected.

overall the ship is adequate and the crew is good, but the sofa bed in the stateroom was terrible
