Review summary

We stood in line for over two hours twice... Once for immigration in Bar Harbor and the other to get off the ship. I almost missed my flight. I would NEVER again do an RC cruise out of Boston and it’s quite likely that I will never do another RC CRUISE even though I currently have another booked for next year

You must be new to cruising. Going thru immigration is just one of those things you, or the cruiseline can control. If you booked your flight too early, thats no one's fault but yours.

Since my last name is Lebanese (I’m German, ex-husband was Lebanese) I may be the reason for the hold-up in immigration lines since I get pulled out of every security line, every time, every customs, every port, every country, every airport, every single time. Sorry about that 💔

Your anger is misguided. Our government has reduced the number of custom agents. Last week we had 5 agents for 6000 people on the Harmony. You should get your facts straight prior to criticizing the cruise line.

It's not the cruiselines fault. It's immigration. They always hold things up. Never enough help.

Why are you blaming RCCL for customs issues? The cruise line has ZERO input on that process.
