Review summary

Disembarkement was another total mess. Port authorities kept our ship waiting over 2 1/2 hours before clearing. We were the only ship at port. If it wasn't for our concierge getting us off the ship it would have been at least 3 hours

We are Diamond members and get a Grabd Suite when we cruise. This Boston RC port does not consider any of that. Its was like a herd of cattle and yes everyone was arriving at their assigned times but RC was not ready for us. Even our so called "special line" on e we. Were on the ship was not so special as they just let other people from the general line go in front of us not that were snobs but we have paid our dues with RC and expect them to appreciate that.
