Review summary

Wait staff and room stewards are great on this ship. However, guest services and overall management is so uncaring about people. Absolutly worst cruise ever!!

The Centrim common area on the 4th floor is a terrible design. Our room was on the 8th floor and we could not get any rest as the music blared so loud every night till nearly midnight. It was so loud we could not even hear our TV! Terrible when you have to get up early the next day for excursions or disembark. We were totally exhausted!! We got sick from no rest. Complaining did no good.

Peggy Cove excursion could have been beautiful if there were not about 800 people all there at the same time in a very small area.

Beautiful town. Tour guide for Acadia NP was great. Lobster lunch was fabulous!! We will come here again. However, getting off the ship to tender was rediculous!! The cruise staff was so disorganized. We stood on the steps between 4th and 2nd floor for 1 1/2 hours.

Portland was ok. Tour to see Kennebunkport was good. Lobster rolls were grest. However the tour guide was not! She needs to retire.
