Puerto Limon (port) needs much improvement. The process to valid/stamp our passports was unorganized and un---nerving.

I fell in love with cruising and am now a fan of RCCL. The Serenade is the right ship if you are looking for a smaller crowd, excellent ports and fine with a less hectic atmosphere. Definitely a winner.

My first cruise with royal Caribbean great holiday fantastic ship with superb service excellent food and some of the best islands in the Caribbean would highly recommend already booked next one thanks royal Caribbean for one of the best holiday's so far

Ports, ports, ports! Definitely port intensive! But, the islands are lovely and the beaches are wonderful. Most ports are walkable which makes it easy to get around. I am 'loyal to Royal' so any cruise I go on is wonderful, but the southern Caribbean is definitely special.

Great itinerary but Serenade requires a little TLC and money spent on here. No issues experienced saying that just a little worn in places.

Was the perfect honeymoon! The boat was great, the ports were good, the staff was so amazing! I loved this boat so much! I will forever be loyal to Serenade whenever it’s in my area!

I really like the size of this ship. Although compared to the bigger ships there is not a lot to do. I loved that it felt like you are on a ship and can see the ocean in almost any venue. It was easy to find a quiet time place to relax. If this ship ever gets Royal amplified I’ll probably never go on another ship.

Fabulous, loved every minute of it. Will book again for next year.

It was a good cruise for relaxing and seeing new places.

This cruise was really a great mixture of ports and Sea days really enjoyed the variety and the size of this ship.

Loved this cruise such a friendly crew great food 6 lovely islands and excellent ship,recommend this cruise and the radiance class if you don't need all the bells and whistles of the bigger ships.

We had an amazing time on our cruise. We were able to truly relax. The crew was great and made sure we had a great experience.

Had a wonderful time. It was my first cruise, so nothing to compare it to. Great food, fun activities, interesting people. Can't wait to do it again.

It was a great trip. Weather was fantastic. Some of the staff on board seem like they were just going through the motions. This is our third cruise in the last 12 months and I’d rank it number 2 as far as everything related to the staff on the ship.

VERY RELAXING CRUISE STAFF WAS GREAT EASY ON AND OFF THIS SHIP

I love the glass elevators and the rooms are great, but not the Centrum or the smoke.
