Dino and Ruby were terrific in the dining room. Dave and Aron, cruise entertainment staff, were superb--what fun! Sampong and his co-workers, at tea, were great.

Check out the International Cafe on deck 5 for special treats; sandwiches, desserts and sweets, and fancy salads. The gelato for $1.50 is a steal!

If you want to attend one of the shows, go to the Princess Theater early to get a good seat and avoid crawling over other seated passengers.

Ask for multiple on-trays at meals so you might have a chance at getting something that tastes ok or get lots of variety at the buffet for the same reason. Don't assume that their customer service desk will resolve an issue just because they told you they would make sure to follow up.

Certainly, at all costs, avoid Princess cruises and go for a Celebrity cruise or something better. If you must cruise with Ruby, Rafael and Eduardo are the best waiters in the Boticelli dining room. I've literally never had better service in my life.

Book mid-ship deck 14 if possible. Rotate meals between dining rooms and buffets. Make sure to read dining menus daily as they change. Enjoy the desserts at the Piazza International Cafe. Best to eat late at all locations because they can be crowed between opening and up to 2 hours after.
