Tropical escape

Probably the most restful and rejuvenating cruise we have taken. Don't get me wrong there are plenty of activities if that is what you want.  We went to escape the chaos of our daily lives. The bed was heavenly and although there were several thousand people aboard we never felt crowded. Anytime dining gave us so much flexibility. We sampled three of the specialty restaurants and stuffed ourselves. The servings at the Crab Shack were more than ample as none  us could eat it all.  The Gastropub is an experience not to miss. Again by the time we got to their famous burger we were almost too full.

A favorite of ours was the visits to the pool and hot tubs by in the Spa area.  We visited them regularly, especially after our wonderful massage sessions. The girls in the Spa can really work you over and get the kinks out.

All in all the people we met, both staff and passengers were great too.  After that much time together you begin to become one big family.

This was a repeat cruise for us and we were not disappointed

Cabin / Stateroom
Our steward was friendly and efficient but we had a few technical problems and our tv had poor reception for the first five days until they finally replaced it. And our location seemed to give problems with internet service so we could not access it in our particular cabin. It was a nuisance having to go to a public area
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Entertainment We were usually too full or tired to stay up for many of these but heard they were good
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
So many wonderful choices

Tip

The new onboard communication system (via princess@sea private email was a plus for keeping in touch with other members of our party
