we were very pleased with the way are cabin was cleaned, that was the best part of the cruise

Ship tip

not worth the money, most of the servers are very rude, very hot in are cabin even with the air conditioning turn all the way down, and a lot of vibration.

My Ruby experience was the opposite except for the shows. Theater fills up because the shows are good! NO ship's theater can hold 100% of the cruisers.

Sorry you had a bad experience, my wife and I spent 15 days on a Hawaiian cruise on the Ruby and enjoyed the entire vacation
