Sorry your experience was negative. We've cruised many times on different cruise lines/ships, Princess is our favorite. For those of you cruising Princess for the first time don't worry, the negative experiences are limited. Do your homework and research before you leave. CruiseCritic.com is a great resource.

We got a check in the mail a few weeks after our arrival home.

I was curious which nights were formal if anyone knows? I was also unaware of the no jeans policy on other nights? Is that true? This question is for Oct 15th mexican riviera 2016

Im also going October 15th. First Cruise. I don't eat a lot but,can be picky. Also first time reading comments. Sadly already negative is disappointing in itself. I plan on having a good time . Enjoin the ocean relaxing, hopefully . Might even win at the tables! I'll keep in mind your food comments and come atleast aware.

Shucks, Jerry. I booked my first ever cruise with Mexican riviera 7 nights at ruby princess this Oct. 15. I would not like to experience that.

May I ask who you booked through? Was it princess or a TA?
