Meh, Princess fell off the list. Going back to Celebrity and Royal Caribbean.

We took this particular cruise for the ship itself, not the itinerary. It was a great ship, despite the large number of passengers. My husband and I prefer the smaller ships, but we definitely enjoyed the ship and its layout. Our favorite spot was Deck 16 aft. Wonderful relaxing terrace on port days.

This was my first ever cruise, and I have to say I LOVED it! I didn't pack enough Dramamine, but the ship had some available in the shop, so I didn't have to deal with seasickness. I spent more money than I had planned to, but I have to admit it was well worth it! I had a blast at the shows and trivia events, loved exploring San Diego and checking out a couple tours in Ensenada. I just wish we had a little more time in Ensenada before having to set sail!

This was our 3rd cruise of the same itinerary but first on Royal Princess. This is a great, relaxing cruise with lots of sea days for rejuvenation! Remember to bring some clothes for chilly on-board sea days so you're not surprised.

We are very fortunate to be able to stay at 5 star hotel/resorts around the world in particular Middle East & SE Asia and based upon this cruise Princess cannot compete with this competition. As far as F&B is concerned it is like comparing Chalk with Cheese. It is with regret that it is highly unlikely we will be booking a future cruise with Princess.

I was sad getting Covid for the 1st time ever. But, I must say that the service was IMPECCABLE! The gentleman that called daily told me I could have anything I needed at no additional charge. They have room service for ALL guest at no additional charge. You can order right from your TV or on the app on your phone. Super easy and great! Food, drinks, etc. A real nice touch. I also thought they should have sprayed EVERYONES hands when entering the buffet with hand sanitizers. Pre Covid EVERY ship we've been on has someone doing this. NO one was there to do this. Sometimes they suggested washing hands but not very often. It should be manitory with hand sanitizer for everyone entering.

All in all a good getaway celebrating our 30th Anniversary. It was suppose to be celebrated on the ship our tour guide said, but we got nothing.

Enjoyable cruise to visit friends and relatives in Kona and Honolulu. Quality of service not quite up to Pre-COVID levels, but improving. Sea (and wind) was rougher than any previous cruise, but this was our first "open ocean" cruise.

The standards seem to have fallen way way down, and that’s extremely depressing to see. I truly hope princess see’s these comments and does what they can to get the standards back to world class. I’ve never thought about sailing with another cruise line, but now I am.

Having visited these ports before, we spend more time aboard. It was the perfect amount of relaxation.

Great port to sail from. The ship is great for an older crowd with not much deck activities for the younger folks. Not the cleanest ship I've been on, but the awesome crew made this an enjoyable experience

There was alot of weather on this 15 day cruise. But was still a great time.

We have three 7 day cruises booked. Without this little 4 day cruise, we would have made Elite in the middle of our third cruise. By adding this, we will now board the third cruise with Elite. Free laundry, here we come!

Over all I love princess! This trip was not as awsome as past sailings on Princess. There was not enough staff in the dining room and service suffered. The food quality was a 2 star experience consistently. The bars needed structure when it comes to children being allowed to sit at the bar for long periods of time with or without parents. Princess was not prepared for the challenge of the large amount of children onboard, more staff was needed. That being said... you definitely had staff who stood out providing excellent customer service. Thanks to Nitish who works at the Princess LIVE bar and Nichole who works in the casino.
