Review summary

Over all I love princess! This trip was not as awsome as past sailings on Princess. There was not enough staff in the dining room and service suffered. The food quality was a 2 star experience consistently. The bars needed structure when it comes to children being allowed to sit at the bar for long periods of time with or without parents. Princess was not prepared for the challenge of the large amount of children onboard, more staff was needed. That being said... you definitely had staff who stood out providing excellent customer service. Thanks to Nitish who works at the Princess LIVE bar and Nichole who works in the casino.

This was definitely a smooth embarkation! Be sure to download oceanready app and complete the oceanready process. Also setup your ocean medallion app. We were on board within 30 minutes of arriving at the pier.

We did find one outstanding bartender named Nitish Dhanji who worked at the Princess Live Bar on deck 7. Nitish definitely deserves 5 stars! Nitish is an awsome bartender with exceptional skill when mixing your beverage. Thank you Nitish for the attentive service and the great drinks! The food was between 2 / 3 stars overall. The ship seemed to be understaffed in the dining room. There were long wait times to get in anytime dining. The waiter was alone to serve 30 plus people. Food was delivered to the table slowly and was not what I ordered on a regular basis. The buffet needed better quality control on food temperature and be refreshed more frequently. The selection included alot of seafood. 2 stars at best. The bars, I found many of the bars with the bar tops filled with children. It was difficult to get bar service when the bar is filled with children who are not being supervised by the adult parents. Nitish was the exception....only adults at his bar.

Shows were great! EXCELLENT job yo the show staff. Casino staff was awsome! Nichole always had a friendly smile and welcomed you to the casino!
