My wife and i love this ship. We have spent 26 days in 2019 aboard. Departing from the east and west coasts of the USA. We're going to do Alaska next.

Cruise was great! Thursday through Monday so only a day off of work. Weather wasn’t cooperating but semi expected in December. Pools were heated, so that was nice. Medallion Class is interesting and I did like the medallion bracelet but the apps were definitely a bit buggy. I had to keep signing in. Also got other people’s drinks on my account about three times.

Probably not book another Princess cruise. Crowded, poor quality food, poor room service menu, room service coffee sucks, not friendly service staff in all public areas.

My advice to those who go to Catalina and Ensenada if you want to enjoy those ports: spend the money on an excursion. Otherwise your world is just walking distance from the ship. It will probably be about 60 deg F and rainy, so dress accordingly.

I was excited for Los Angeles to have a newer ship. This ship is beautiful. The buffet is much larger food selection is adequate. The staff was nice and made it a great experience.

It was nice seeing the new class of ship but we actually prefer the Grand class ships because they have fewer people with about the same number of public spaces so it feels less crowded.

Love the Royal class ships. It's a large ship, yet never really felt overly crowded.

This was the largest ship we have sailed on but had no trouble navigating around. It was Thanksgiving week so about 25% of the passengers were under the age of 18. Be prepared for about 4 different time changes.

Loved our cruise and the Royal Princess. Staff was great, room and balcony were wonderful, and the food was fantastic. It was fun spending Thanksgiving on the ship and meeting lots of wonderful people.

Fun, great weather, clean ship, kind crew. Lots of activities on the ship, very enjoyable.

It’s was a nice ship. The dining room was good. Room service terrible. Activities were good but. Very crowded. Bingo was terrible. I liked comedians. Need more food options after 11:oo .coming out of a show and nothing is open .had to get cold room service. And that took over a hour everyone getting something all at once. Also lost 2 of my shirts in laundry. So it could have been better, it was my first cruise I’m gonna try one more. Alaska

While the start was rocky (orders not delivered for arrival, broke my suitcase, lackluster room steward and stinky room) we did enjoy Princess (our first Princess). While a huge ship, it never felt overly crowded. However we are late sleepers and never emerged til around noon on sea days. Loved the movies under the stars by pool! We usually cruise with Holland America which is consistently awesome in all aspects so Princess doesn't provide the same service but ship is double in size.

Overall it was a nice cruise, great weather in all the ports. The staff onboard was very pleasant and helpful.

I really have no complaints, food was tasty, cabin was comfortable and the ports had great excursions.

Cruised out of San Pedro around 5:00 PM , had good weather at all the ports and smooth seas

Zero complaints on this cruise, it's vacation, it is ALWAYS what you make of it. Not my type of crowd on this line, but you never know until you're onboard. Price was definitely right for the time of year, the accommodations and drink package being included.

We spent most our time walking around trying to find something interesting to do. Always ended up in our room or on the smoking deck hanging out.

It was good. I thought the ship would be larger & more specialty restaurants. I could never hear the overhead announcements. The speaker wasn’t very clear.

Overall, I enjoyed the cruise. Princess has always maintained its standard in settings, food and quality in general. Staffs were mostly pleasant and welcoming. I just felt the entertainment programs of this cruise was not good. But the Royal is very roomy, has lots of places to sit around and relax. Like the glass bridge.
