Booked Club Class for a short get away trip. Poor qualty food & Service at both buffet and specialty restaurants. Old furniture in the staterooms. We would not book Princess again. Looking at a better class of cruise line.

It is less than helpful for all when such a poor review is left, without any explanation. I just got off a wonderful 15 day sailing on the Emerald, and I heard many complaining about things I found to be great. I think perhaps it is attitude? Ship happens, and if you let the small stuff get to you, all becomes 'bad.' Sorry that you let things ruin your cruise, where others on this same sailing did not.

Remember when we you read any review, they are one person's opinion!! We have sailed on the Royal 3 times and with Princess 20 times and never experienced anything close to what was described.

Was on the Royal in March and loved it.Have been on 23 cruises since 1993 some better than others but none that bad.You made need the high end cruise lines.All good though.

Wow, not 5 stars for anything. We were on the Royal in 2016 and loved it. We thought the food was delicious. No complaints. Maybe cruising isn’t for you.

We have been on the Emerald,the Royal and the Caribbean Princess and found the ships and service to be wonderful!

Is it possible that in 3 years a beautiful, fairly new ship that had excellent food both in the buffet and MDR became old with old furniture and bad food and bad service? I hope not. Maybe it's just bad attitude?

I’m sure they will be glad if you move on since they weren’t up to your standards. Check out Crystal, Symphony, Seabourn or Viking.
