Review summary

It was good. I thought the ship would be larger & more specialty restaurants. I could never hear the overhead announcements. The speaker wasn’t very clear.

Our room steward was excellent. Our waitress on the 17th floor, Fan, was always very helpful. Our waiter in the Allegro dining room, Paulfree & Eldridge were great. Dimitar in the Crown Grill was great. The food was excellent. Also our waiter Ag was excellent. We had a terrible experience at Sabatini’s. Our waiter was not very welcoming to us or in any rush to serve us. Before we got seated an elderly couple arrived and had no reservations. They asked the maître d’ if they could sit down and have dinner. The maître d’ said not without reservations because the restaurant is too full. This was a lie because we counted from 730 until the time we left the restaurant they’re only 10 tables taken in the restaurant. I would never pay another penny to go there again.
