If you are flying go 2 days before the cruise starts. I spent HOURS on the phone trying to get through to Holland for help. Finally after getting through the person was abrupt and rude.

All the HAL ships use a mobile app, Navigator, and it helps to setup your account on that prior to embarkation. It provides much-needed info and daily updates, menus and activities.
