HAL has great staff always.
Ship Quality
The Rotterdam is the flag ship and it shows.
Cabin / Stateroom
It is well appointed but we felt the cabin size was smaller than earlier HAL ships.
Ship tip
The Dutch Cafe on deck 3 was a innovative addition and was always busy.
