This was a delightful and relaxing time in the sun with my husband and sister.

Holland America is still definitely for ages 55+, which has positives and negatives. VERY few kids, few young adults. Service and staff still excellent, ship VERY clean but food quality had gone downhill unfortunately. Undercooked and not as flavorful.

We really liked the two days at sea before and after visiting the A-B-C islands and loved the Dutch influence on these islands, as well as the wonderful coral reefs and tropical fish.

Would never book this ship again because of poor cabin design and crowded public areas,

The Rotterdam was fabulous with outstanding service and delicious, well prepared meals. The Panama Canal was the highlight of the cruise.

We thoroughly enjoyed the ship..Beautiful and wonderful crew. The dance group was terrific. The world stage and awesome place. Food was fair.... Many little things need improving.

A slightly below average cruise at a premium price. Not big fans of HAL. Can do better with other lines.

Holland America is a spectacular cruise line. We will travel with them exclusively when traveling alone or with friends.

I like the ship, nice and polite staff. The food is excellent, entertainment sucked

They stop at 4 ports. Jamaica was scary. People stalk you there. Cayman is nice and quiet. Cozumel has a lot of shopping. I will not cruise with this line again because it is just too boring. When I cruise I need a balance of quiet but also entertainment and fun!!

Although the seas were rough, that didn't hamper the relaxing ambience of this cruise. Superior staff and entertainment, and a variety of delicious food, of course, were found, as expected on Holland America. Erwan and Agung were superior stateroom stewards attending to every need and even surprised us with a birthday cake towel art on my birthday. Roxy was a gem coordinating a simple sea burial of friends' cremated remains, including rose petals and certificate of location of remains' release, during the cruise.

after three Holland cruises in the past year there is a noticeable difference in the staff attitude and lack of service on the Lido and Pool deck. It also seems that Holland has "cheaped out" on a lot of services from past years. As I said Holland cruises in the past year it appears that COVID was the excuse for service cuts, but like in baseball Three Strikes "YOUR OUT"

My husband and I decided on this cruise as a last minute vacation to unwind and relax. The cruise was geared to adults, mostly retired and enjoyed it thoroughly.

The cruise was fabulous,the shows were very good, we also enjoyed the movies ar 3pm at the world stage, walking around the deck was very healthy as well as exercising at the fitness center

We have taken our last 5 cruises with HAL, but the same dance troupe with exact performances and the lack of the string quartet at the Lincoln Center makes us want to go back to Royal Caribbean for next year. The comedian Cisco Duran was not very good in our opinion. The comedian Tom McTigue was good.

The weather couldn't have been better. It was smooth sailing the whole way. We did experience some rain on the sea days on the way back towards Ft Lauderdale but the seas were still quite smooth. This was the first cruise that we experienced lightning and I have to say that it was an incredible experience at sea. Totally different than on land. The food, service, entertainment and staff were all incredible. Can't wait to go again,

great cruise, food, service. The individual entertainers were very good. The dance troop while technically good, the performances were not engaging and seemed repetitious.

We were disappointed there was no classical music. The Billboard Onboard singers were very good. Rolling Stone and BB King were too loud.

The UNESCO World Heritage site of Geiranger was definitely the highlight of this cruise. We had very little rain while we were in port or cruising the fjords. The good weather made this good cruise a great cruise.
