Review summary

after three Holland cruises in the past year there is a noticeable difference in the staff attitude and lack of service on the Lido and Pool deck. It also seems that Holland has "cheaped out" on a lot of services from past years. As I said Holland cruises in the past year it appears that COVID was the excuse for service cuts, but like in baseball Three Strikes "YOUR OUT"

Differ. We cruise often and never have a poor experience. I do know if you cruise at the end of employee contract they are tired. I don’t see any cheapen anything other than less holiday decor.

We are doing this cruise on Rotterdam in February. We had a wonderful cruise on her last month. If it was even better before, wow! Sorry it didn’t meet your expectations.

This was not my experience on the Rotterdam. We did a seven day sailing in 2022 to Norway and a 15 day transatlantic this past October. Things could’ve not been any better.
