LIdo buffet was plentiful with an abundance of choices. The Dining room were quiet, classy and had delicious food with very competent wait staff. The Dining Room was good but could have had a more varied selections of food choices.

Our stewards, Gin and Jay were excellent anticipating our every need and want. They provided everything we needed without hesitation.
The Neptune Lounge staff, Aiko Mary Geronimo and Aniek Seal Tiel were so accommodating. They helped with WiFi, excursions, reservations and shipboard information. They always greeted us by name with a smile and were courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
Stephanie, our cruise director was very engaging with all the passengers. She provided much of the ships information and was available for any questions.

You won't be disappointed. The Neptune Suites are luxurious.
I enjoy this excursion to the beach but I'm very disappointed the way the clamshells are distributed. You have to walk down the beach and hope to find an employee to set up a clamshell for you. It took us almost a half hour to get this accomplished. There has to be a better way!
We are very much HAL loyalists and will be sailing on our 3rd cruise on the Rotterdam in 3 weeks. This will be our 10th cruise on HAL. I know this cruise line isn't for everyone, but if you prefer a more layed back ADULT cruise, this is it.
