Review summary

Although the seas were rough, that didn't hamper the relaxing ambience of this cruise. Superior staff and entertainment, and a variety of delicious food, of course, were found, as expected on Holland America. Erwan and Agung were superior stateroom stewards attending to every need and even surprised us with a birthday cake towel art on my birthday. Roxy was a gem coordinating a simple sea burial of friends' cremated remains, including rose petals and certificate of location of remains' release, during the cruise.

Erwan was an exemplary stateroom steward, always available and attentive. Roxy, with Guest Services, was beyond helpful in coordinating a burial at sea of friends' cremated remains.
