The cruise was very interesting and the Riviera was excellent. As always, food was superb and accommodations very comfortable. Anywhere you go on Oceania will be a great experience. Be prepared for expensive tours - they were well done but the Shipmate tours were also very good.

Europe was my greatest experience But Oceania Riviera dropped the ball on their Culinary this time. I was very shocked since my last experience on this ship was on January 2019 and the food was amazing. Sorry, but I have to be honest.

As first time cruisers we had no expectations or experiences to base our trip on. That said, I don't think we could have found a better ship/crew combo to start our cruising journey with. Oceania and the Riviera made our trip completely problem free and enjoyable. We had a great time and look forward to joining one of their ships again sometime soon.

Loved this cruise, however it was very hectic if you want to see all the towns and surrounding areas of the ports you stop at, would go again since the cost is so beautiful

The Oceania Riviera ship & crew put a smile on our faces front the moment we stepped on board to the day we stepped off! Outstanding

The Atlantic crossing was an amazing way to relax and decompress. We used the sea days to catch up on our sleep, but we were never board. The cooking lessons and cooking demonstrations are particularly excellent on this size ship.

Enjoyed everything......hard to imagine how it could be improved very much. Oceania seems to think of almost everything to make the experience great

This was my 17th cruise, but first on Oceania. I may be spoiled, but I liked my experience with Viking and Crystal better because they were all inclusive; whereas Oceania found additional things to charge for. Oceania's "free" week of WiFi was frustratingly hard to access and then very slow. Their communication was poor. We were given different information depending on who we asked. Aside from that, it was a wonderful cruise.

Love the Riviera , service excellent as always but feel the standard of the food is dropping versus previous 3 cruises on her

I BOOKED THIS CRUISE TO SEE HAVANA AND TO VISIT TIKAL(IT'S PIC IS IN THE BROCHERE}. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER IF I HAD DONE HAVANA ON MY OWN , I HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE. TIKAL WAS NOT AN OPTION SINCE IT IS 12 HOURS AWAY. USING THE TENDER SERVICE WAS A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. WE WERE PACKED IN LIKE SARDINES. I COULDN'T EVEN MOVE MY FOOT. HORRIBLE!

This was the best cruise line we have ever been on. Beautiful ship, wonderful staff, great room, outstanding food. What more can I say! This will not be our last cruise on Riviera.

Very relaxing and top quality food.. speciality restaurants are the best. Dinning room and buffet hours are limited. Dinner does not start till 6:30 local time.

Food is excellent, the specialty restaurants are first class. Nothing disappointed us except that it was too windy to get into Belize. Would definitely take another cruise with Oceania.

ASS (always selling something) was annoying....martini tasting, bingo, spa treatment, acupuncture. Stop marketing to me

We were there for the weather (escaping the Northeast weather) and the ship life. the food was excellent and everything is well done.

We enjoyed our time aboard the Riviera, met some lovely people, and left with wonderful memories of our cruise. We were a bit surprised at the advanced age group on this cruise. We are mid 60’s and felt young! Many of the passengers did not adhere to the ‘country club casual and elegant’ dress code, which was disappointing. We felt the excursion prices were high so we were happy to set up most of our own on shore. The cruise staff is amazing and friendly and the ship is beautiful.

All in all a very happy satisfactory experience. Food and service all good. Beds especially comfortable.

Everything about Oceania and Riviera is excellent. Oceania is probably our favorite line (23 cruises on 9 different lines). The only complaint is the pricing of wine in the dining room, but this is a complaint that fits most if not all lines. The same wine that cost between $50 and $60 with gratuity on the ship can be bought in our grocery store for $16. Signed up for an unspecified future cruise to get discount but didn't receive the certificate and two weeks after enquiring by email Oceania still hasn't solved the missing certificate. IE, don't wait until the last day to sign up for a future cruise.
