All specialty restaurants were excellent for service and quality. Buffets and grill were very good. Main dining room was good but not great. Drinks were top notch.

All staff including butler, housekeeping, waiters, and all others were excellent. Very friendly and always asking if they could help. Other than the beauty of the ship, the staff was the most outstanding feature of this cruise.
Ship Quality

Lots of electrical plugs in rooms, no dark spots in rooms, excellent relaxing areas all over the ship with great utilization of nooks and cranies for quiet and privacy, bars near dining rooms so passengers do not have to stand in lines waiting for meals. With the virus situation increasing, the ship was very proactive minimizing passenger contact in food areas and excellent sanitation procedures. This is a premier ship and one of the best maintained we have experienced - always cleaning, painting, etc.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was our eighth cruise and this suite was the best we ever had. Soooo much room, very well laid out, lots of electric plugs, bright and cheerful, most awesome balcony ever, and the second bath is so appreciated by us husbands. This suite is definitely worth the higher price.
Ship tip
When measuring cruise satisfaction, the quality of the specific ship and crew are the most important criteria. This ship meets the highest level for both.
Disembarkation was not smooth but was more the fault of passengers than crew. Passengers did not follow instructions to go the lounges and wait until their group was called. Too many went straight to the exit and blocked the disembarkation area. Might be a better idea if not everyone had to vacate their room at exactly the same time. Also make it more attractive for passengers to go into the lounge areas if they had complementary screwdrivers and bloody marys!
