Our dining experience was great and the ports of call are very good. Halloween night was incredibly fun too. Other than that, there is much to improve on this cruise ship. I'm glad I had a chance to visit these ports, but wish I had chosen a different cruise line.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation experience was great. It was super quick, easy and hassle free.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We had the second seating in the main dining room. The food was good and the service was excellent. Boris and Krsto were our waiters for the cruise and we had the best experience with them.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
This ship is small and offers some activities but not much.
Entertainment
1 out of 5
I've been on Royal Caribbean cruises where there was a show every night. This time, it felt like the shows were either boring, same old routine or just not available on some nights. We were disappointed and just ended up skipping them after a few nights.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Dining service was great, stateroom attendant was ok. At breakfast and lunch, we were only approached and asked if we needed anything on the last day.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
This ship is outdated, old and small. There is no Wow factor to it at all.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Our mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and the window is rusty and foggy.
Ship tip
Don't expect much. The ports of call are great, but you can find them on another cruise line.
Lots of people did the Game of Throne tour and loved it. We did the boat, land and cable car.
The boat ride was cancelled due to wind. The tour was too long and we didn't get enough time on our own. This place is heavily crowded with tours; difficult to get good pictures.
We did Rome on our own. What's not to love about Rome?
Two things:
1. Pickpockets everywhere, so be very careful!
2. The time allowed is just not enough to see and do all that we wanted. I felt very rushed! The port is an hour away by train too, so be careful not to be late.
We did this tour on our own and loved it. Book a hotel, stay the extra night, it's worth it.
Immerse yourself in Antoni Gaudi's work - incredible! Also recommend Tarrantos Flamenco dancing.
