Review summary

Overall dated but very well kept ship. Staff for the most part are amazing but many ancillary services (Guest Services: Poor) not living up to customer focus.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Poor staff hired in Italy. Very rude.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Awesome food service. I am not a WindJammer fan but the Rhapsody is great.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Small ship and less "stuff" to do but for a group of 2,500+ the ships areas are never overcrowded. Fitness center, pools nice.

Entertainment

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Room Staff and Dining Staff are fantastic; Guest Services staff need a bit more professionalism and customer service training. It seems the ship has a unique culture I have not seen at RC. Many motivated caring employees working under poor ship leadership.

We’re doing our second Transatlantic out of Barcelona in December 2018. Seeing a few reviews of the Rhapsody very similar to yours. I understand she’s getting another refit and will be drydocked April 2018.
