We had a great time on Radiance. It is an older ship but it is clean and mostly well maintained. I would travel on it again.

We booked this cruise only a week prior to sailing. It was a needed getaway for my wife and I and we thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing time!

Overall this was a great cruise and learning experience.

The ship was cozy, with fantastic service and good food at the specialty restaurants. The itinerary offered a nice balance between going places we've never been and relaxing at sea. We enjoyed our group being there together and everyone found things they liked both altogether and separately. The ship offered enough to stay busy, though we prefer more shows and activities that can only be offered on a larger ship. Space was also a factor in not having more causal or fast food choices. The excursions made up for any shortcomings on the ship, however. It was our first time in South America and we went places in Central America we had not been before.

The itinerary was wonderful with beautiful destinations. The ship needed some maintenance and I had mixed opinion on the staff, some were excellent and others seemed inexperienced

The new terminal is great. Easy walking from the North Port Parking to the entrance. The ship’s staff was excellent. The ship seemed old and my cabin had a musty smell. I saw the doctor upon my return after my allergies flared up. The food in the main dining was somewhat disappointing. We’ve had better food in previous cruises.It seemed as if RC has cutback on choices and ingredients. My group of four agreed that the food was not as good as we’ve had before. The only port that was a disappointment was Bimini. There weren’t enough activities to select from. We thoroughly enjoyed Coco Cay. There was ample space for everyone, it was clean and the food was great! Disembarkation was somewhat disorganized. The exit through the terminal was fast and easy.

The last 2 days of very rough seas, we had bad cases of sea sickness. Decided that cruising is defiantly not for us, and never plan on booking another.

Loved our cruise, but it isn’t for everyone. It was great for my elderly mother, as the ship is easy to get around. But if you are looking for activities and entertainment, look for a bigger ship

We had been on 6 carnival cruise the experience on Royal was the next level or 2. The only thing the shows were better on carnival but you have a NYC Broadway style stage and has the ability to put on amazing shows other than that it was great

Entertainment, staff and food were all excellent. The Captain was incredibly involved with the ships activities. His rock show on the last night, along with his talented staff was a delight.

What a great way to visit Columbia and Panama - a once in a life time experience!

The captain is so interactive. He was literally everywhere on the ship interacting with the team and clients. He embodied what a true leader really is. One example of 1,000 I could give was when he played volleyball in the pool with his crew against the passengers he was constantly encouraging and teaching everyone. What impressed us the most was that he was the last to get out of the pool. He let his entire team get out and get their towels and dry off before he got out. He was always putting everyone else before himself. (he can really rock Bon Jovi too!). Whatever Royal Carribean is paying him it isn't nearly enough.

Sailing out of New Orleans was easy & convenient. The ship was older and needs updating. The service in the main dining room was not up to RCCL standards. Hard to get wine. Courses all came together instead of separate.

Overall, it was a good experience & the staff was great. The Internet service was all but nonexistent & communicating through their App was sketchy at best. If your on this ship, plan to be totally unplugged as long as you’re on the ship.

Overall good for finding deals and a nice getaway. For me, next time I will be pickier and willing to pay more for a nicer, newer ship.

First royal carribean cruise left room for improvement. But, overall an enjoyable last minute cruise.

We wanted a leisure getaway and we got it. Food was good, service was good. We love for Royal Caribbean to come back to New Orleans. Next time we will drive over and spend the night and enjoy the city, then board the ship.

This is a great cruise for families. The captain is so friendly and accessible. We saw him throughout the ship, he had a Captain's talk one day where we could ask him questions, he announced birthdays daily. The staff are super friendly and did a great job all week. It was a very relaxing trip.
