The destinations were beautiful and Perfect Day at CocoCay is truly perfect. Ship needed some maintenance but the staff was very hard working and friendly. There were limited activities as compared to other ships and entertainment crew needs to be upgraded. One disappointment was that none of the staff knew anything about one of our stops Bimini, from the excursion desk to the service desk to the shore expert office. How can you drop off 3000 customers you are responsible for and have no knowledge of a place
