Review summary
This is a great cruise for families. The captain is so friendly and accessible. We saw him throughout the ship, he had a Captain's talk one day where we could ask him questions, he announced birthdays daily. The staff are super friendly and did a great job all week. It was a very relaxing trip.Embarkation

The ship was great. There was entertainment, the ship's orchestra was amazing and the singers and dancers were top notch. They had shows as well as smaller performances where you could be right there with them. They do lots of things in the main atrium "Centrum" so if you like live music, this is the ship for you! They have an arcade which my older teens enjoyed. There are kids and teen programs as well. The spa onboard is on the pricey side and they didn't offer many specials like I've experienced on other cruises. It is very worth it to get the all inclusive drink package. It includes the Starbucks onboard as well as adult beverages at any of the bars and restaurants.
