Chops was the worst steak(s) I ever had in a supposed upscale steakhouse. The first steak was over cooked and the replacement was all grissle. The deserts on the ship we're inferior to past cruises.

Excellent service, especially Hanna at guest services. She spent her break helping me book a flight home for my wife and I. My wife was sick and had to return home the third day .

Sorry your wife got sick and you had to leave early. We went to chops Grill one time and the steak was also overcooked, tough and poor quality. The dessert was hard as a rock. I've gotten better steaks and food at Outback Steakhouse. I agree. Never have gone to Chops since.
