old... small... not much to do

I would not recommend this to my worst emeny. Start we indicated we were honey mooners. They put us in the wrong room and in seperate beds. And then would not correct the room situation. No offer for compensation at all. Next the food, i would rather eat alpo dog food at least it would be real food. Thier food buffett was imatation poweder eaggs imatation everything dry stale nasty! We even tried thier fine dinning found the so called food to be freezer burned and dry. Entertsinment was none to mention. The spa was a total rip off. Went for a pedicure $87 each and they had us put our feet in buckets for they did not even have a spa pedicure. The pedicure lasted a whole 20 min. Worst experience of my life!

Overall a great vacation at a great price. Tons of activities to keep everyone happy.

The Staff were well orginized. We have not been on a cruise for many years and we could not believe how great the ship was.

Our overall impression of the ship was that it was laid out well and we loved our rooms, two exterior rooms with a connecting door. Some of the drawers were showing signs of wear and tear. Beds and linens were wonderful!

The ship was beautiful and had many options to choose from for activities.

The staff really takes care of you and enjoys their jobs. Our waiters Ade, Roderick and Lenon were the best! They remembered our names and likes each day. The ship pool was small and full of people... Better get a spot early. The adventure ocean was just ok, the time was limited in the afternoon ( ended at 5 pm when some adult activities started). Also, our 9 and 11 yr olds seemed a bit bored ( the teen area might be good). The " shopping/port info meeting" was a sales job to try to get people to spend their time shopping at a lame store " diamonds international". This built up to be " the" place to shop, they call it the " forum shops" but its realy just a jewelry store ( I didnt think the deals were that great). Luckily we spent the majority of our time at the beaches ( Cozumel, Costa Maya).

Being a long time cruiser on Royal Carribean, I find that the ships that I have been on are usually the cleanest, friendliest and most accomadating on the seas. This ship is no ex- ception. I found the ship very clean and the crew that I encontered most friendly. I would recommend this ship to anyone.

The staff was excellent!. Rooms were constantly taken care of and very nice! Great entertainment.! The port stops were wonderful! Ready to go again!

Was a bit worn.

There was one mix-up. I'm not certain if it happened through or through Royal Carribbean. My wife and I were travelling with another couple in the stateroom next to us. I booked the cruise for both of us and made it clear to the booking agent that we were travelling together. We were not seated at the same table for dinner and our departure groups and time were different. We of course had this corrected in both cases and the staff was very accomodating, but this should not have happened when I stated we were traveling together. This was the first cruise for my wife and I. It was a wonderful first cruise experience. We really were not sure what to expect. The service and friendly atmosphere that the staff at Royal Carribbean gave to my wife and I was outstanding. When we look for a cruise in the future we will look to Royal Carribbean first before looking at other cruise lines.

The staff was beyond this world. They went the extra mile to take care of me. The food was excellent. The ship was nicer than a 5 star hotel.

Loved the ship, especially the Solarium.

Great Food, great cabin attendant, nice people throughout, the look (decor) of the ship is very nice, good/very good shows. On the flip-bad side...our shore excursion picked us up at the ship but dropped us off in the middle of Cozumel (a blatant nickel/dime approach to get us to spend another $9 to taxi back to the ship). The water slide (modest that it is) was only open limited hours..should be staffed more often. Nothing on the website about RC not changing diapers, no beepers for parents, Fischer-Price Room was a joke: about 10'x10' w no windows and a parent had to stay w the child. This is not a good cruise unless your young child is potty trained...Carnival much superior in that respect!

Very nice, clean, beautiful ship overall

If you want to party, then this is the way to party in style. The good news is, if you don't want to party, the ship is large enough to get away from it and because the director seems intent on making it a party ship, the other activities were more readily available. Didn't care for being "forced" through the casino if you were rushing from dinner to a show or vice versa. Overall, the crew was great and we enjoyed our time on the ship.

Stateroom attendant was excellent at keeping the room clean, and yet not being "in the way". She seemed to know exactly when we left and had the room cleaned before we returned. We enjoyed the shows, esp the comedy shows very much. Bar staff was very good, and the drinks were certainly NOT weak...LOL.

Radiance of the Seas is a wonderful ship with its classy dcor. The ship's crew was pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to sail the ship again. The captian and his crew were very friendly.

Meals in the main dining room were average. Meals in the buffet line were a joke. RCL's people, mosst of them, did their job well. Some, just seemed to be going through the motions. As a stockholder I have to ask, what ever happened to RCL's "service and quality?"
