If you sail the Quantum of the Seas, be sure to have a healthy appetite! There is delicious food everywhere you go.

Don’t read all the negative comments. They are all untrue. You will be absolutely amazed

The elevators you need to pack your patience. They are some that need an elevator etiquette class. If I didn’t have to ride it with my mom I took the stairs. This is my major complaint. Especially the guy who push my elderly mom out of the way to get out. She was just too slow for this crowd. To that guy you know they do have buttons on them to keep the doors open. If you have elderly with you ride with them during the busy times.

Don’t get too obsessed and depressed looking at the weather forecast for each port. We did that and the rain chances at each port was 50% or higher. However at Ketchikan, Sitka and Victoria there was no rain while we were off the ship. At Juneau it only drizzled after our excursion was over. So rain was never a factor for us.

Look for the lesser used elevator lobby. Look for the lesser used entry to the Windjammer.

Be prepared to do a lot of walking as it is a larger ship and longer.

Sail on Ovation of the Seas if you have the chance. You'll be glad you did.

To many people....to little staff.....and way to many lines. I don't want to pay $5,000 for a vacation and wait in lines. We slept a lot to stay away from all the crap we were putting up with. You couldn't even get a pitcher of ice water delivered to the room. Never again.
