I mostly enjoyed the food and entertainment on this cruise. My dining experience was most enjoyable due to Michael, Bernedette and Renaldo. I could relax knowing that my food was delicious and would not cause me to have any reactions to due to food allergies.
Embarkation

The lines were long, but they went pretty quickly.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The food quality and choice was excellent! Michael and Bernadette are an awesome wait staff. They are attentive, kind and personable. They really made my dining experience wonderful. Renaldo (head waiter) took care of me personally, due to food allergies. He would consult with the chef for each meal to assure that I did not encounter any allergens. What a dynamic group of people!
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
The activities onboard the ship are varied and will appeal to a wide range of individuals.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The entertainment was superb! The shows were top notch and each show was a completely different experience. The singers, dancers, and musicians were exquisite!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Again, the wait staff really made me feel like royalty! They are professional, attentive and make you feel like you are their only guest. It was truly a wonderful experience. The room steward (Larry) was very personable, professional and kept my room clean. Of course, I enjoyed his towel animals that he left on my bed. Customer service, on the other hand, was not so pleasurable for my friend. She is still waiting for a refund to her credit card after being told by customer service that the issue was taken care of. She went to them three different times only to hear the same lie over and over again. Shame on Royal Carribean for causing a most frustrating time for a guest when it is such a simple fix.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship is huge and takes a few days to get acclimated to the various decks and what they have to offer to guests. The ship was spotless and very aesthetically pleasing.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The cabin is small, but perfectly fine for one person. The bed is comfortable and, of course, the cabin is clean because Larry the Steward made sure of that!
Ship tip
If you sail the Quantum of the Seas, be sure to have a healthy appetite! There is delicious food everywhere you go.
The port had a lot to offer, but there is little time to explore. I did the Saxman Village tour, which was great, but I would like more time to explore the rest of Ketchikan.
I participated in the Best of Sitka tour. It was extremely interesting to visit the Raptor Center and the Bear Sanctuary, but again there was not enough time to enjoy these places throughly.
This port was a waste of time and money. Four hours in the evening is not enough time to do anything. It was a Sunday evening and everything was closed. Royal Carribean needs to rethink this port.
