Zero customer service, we clearly paid for a non obstructed view and had a life boat in front of us. Wouldn’t move us to another room, only give us a pathetic bottle of champagne. Disgusted, and guarantees to NEVER cruise royal Caribbean again. Hands down worst experience we’ve ever had. To offer 25% off our future cruise is a complete joke. You guys should be humiliated with your lack of customer service. Our friends will never cruise royal again either. There experience wasn’t much better than ours. Absolutely horrible.

The worst cruise. The food was horrible. I pay $1000 for a drink pack and drinks were really bad quality.no music on the boat. It was like going on a funeral with bad food. Royal Caribbean is to be be my favorite but no anymore..

There were many ups and downs, but overall, a much needed vacation after COVID-19 pandemic. I like sailing the seas and not making the bed or cooking. Its also so nice to chat with other people from around the nation and share stories. Alaska gave us great weather, just a touch of rain, but mostly just Fall type weather. Saw many whales from the ship and had a great time learning about how cities have thrived on such little resources. Def book tours and explore!

Visiting Alaska was amazing, using Royal Caribbean wasn’t the greatest choice. From cancelling part of our trip with little to no reimbursement and then on top of that we had a fire. Again no assurance. It’s like the didn’t even care. But we made it a wonderful time. I love Alaska, tried to post pics but it wouldn’t let me. Sorry

It was a very enjoyable cruise. Kudos to the employees for their hospitality, care and professionalism. The entertainment was excellent. The was good. Was not able to get shore excursions through Royal Caribbean before sailing, so had to book through third parties. However, once on the ship, they were available. This is an opportunity for improvement for them. The disembarkment took a long delay. It may not be entirely Royal Caribbean’s fault. Better coordination with US Customs and Immigration is desirable. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and memorable.

I would like to recommend more options on the menu. Some times was repetitive every day.

The overall cruise was great. The food was great and the staff was friendly. The weather wasn't bad so didn't really need rain gear except twice in ports. Temperature was nice and even hot of some days. Had a fire issue that required gathering at muster stations, but was ultimately resolved.

Take the time to become a Key Member, worth the money and more opportunities.

This was our first time visiting Alaska and our first time cruising with Royal. We would definitely do both again! The ship is beautiful and the staff goes out of their way to help. The shows were very good and the food options were plentiful. There was always something to do on the ship which made the days at sea very enjoyable. We would highly recommend the Quantum of the Seas.

We missed the glacier portion of our glacier cruise due to a engine fire in June, our ship actually had an additional fire that spread from the engine room to deck 5. We had people who were around people who canceled due to a positive test but they were negative so they came and it seems a lot onboard are posting about being positive.

Overall a great trip. I loved the ship and loved Alaska. I would go on the same trip again. My only disappointment was that Royal Caribbean had engine problems with the ship and canceled the segment of cruising glaciers. They did give us more time in Juneau and $100 refundable credit.

Nice cruise. Exceptional crew members. Time in Victoria too short. Due to engine issues did not see glacier.

Wonderful way to spend a family holiday with kids and their grandparents. Something for everyone... and we were lucky enough to catch good weather.

The excursion with Alaska Humpback Adventures made the whole cruise worthwhile.

This was our second cruise to Alaska. We signed up to go to different places, but because of some problems with the ship, we ended up going to the very same places that we saw on our first cruise. However, it was still an enjoyable trip and very relaxing.

I'm definitely going back to Alaska. I really enjoyed my cruise. It was beautiful. The landscape, history. The ship was beautiful, clean.

As a first time cruiser, this was an excellent experience. Variety of food options for every diet including - vegetarian. The room was super clean. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Everything was so easy in the cruise that we didn't need to worry about. Our kids loved the cruise and ports.
