Zero customer service, we clearly paid for a non obstructed view and had a life boat in front of us. Wouldn’t move us to another room, only give us a pathetic bottle of champagne. Disgusted, and guarantees to NEVER cruise royal Caribbean again. Hands down worst experience we’ve ever had. To offer 25% off our future cruise is a complete joke. You guys should be humiliated with your lack of customer service. Our friends will never cruise royal again either. There experience wasn’t much better than ours. Absolutely horrible.Embarkation
