Not fun. We had rain 5 out of 7 days on the cruise. All of our reserved excursions were canceled. Would rather have gone to see the northern lights.

We booked 6 rooms, including a suite, several state rooms, and an interior room. Hugely different specs in each room. We ended up changing up who was staying where when we realized that interior rooms can only sleep 1 person max. Our staterooms and suite were great. Just gotta hope for good neighbors, no kids running around banging doors at night, and no smokers chugging cigarrettes outside on the balcony every hour on the hour.

Ship tip

I wouldn't. Unless you like shopping, the Quantum isn't really worth cruising on.

The Legislature is currently under renovation, so there may be some more limited access when you visit.

The Legislature Beautiful. Unfortunately, global warming has melted most of the ice. Very little actual glacier to enjoy. Sea lions, whales, glacier, dog sledding, food, and shopping.
